The Marketing Graphic Design and Production Specialist performs end-to-end marketing projects, working successfully in a highly collaborative environment with both internal customers and external vendors. The ideal candidate will be familiar with both traditional and digital marketing (including social media), possess graphic design capabilities and an understanding of print production, and is looking to work in a fast-paced environment. At times projects will be completed independently, at other times, coordination will be required to partner with external vendors.
Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design or related field or equivalent experience; minimum 3-5 years of previous marketing coordination experience.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Able to independently take the lead on projects and work in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment. Must be able to work under tight deadlines, prioritize responsibilities, and adapt to changing business demands and project requests. Solid project management skills. Have a strong eye for detail. Strong collaborator – this position must work well across all elements of the business. Self-starter with the ability to work well, independently. Adept critical-thinking skills. High proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite and WordPress products. Working knowledge of multi-media and print production processes also a plus. Outstanding written and oral communication skills; and a talent for crafting advertising/promotional writing. Ability to draft and refine copy/content for the Web. Solid understanding of multi-channel marketing and brand development. Working knowledge of databases and content management systems.
