  • Overview

    The Revenue Recovery Manager will independently manage the personnel and functions within Finance Operations (~15 staff) reporting to Allsup Director of Operations. The primary function is Overpayment Reimbursement Services (ORS) which includes educating and offering overpayment services to new Allsup claimants and ultimately working with the claimant on overpayment recovery at the time of award. In addition, the Finance Operations team works with those claimants that need to pay Allsup directly for representation services.

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for daily operations of Finance Operations Team
    • Works independently to develop daily plans, motivate team and achieve planned results
    • Establish processes and controls within the department to promote excellent work quality and achieve department, company and customer service goals
    • Plan, develop, and recommend department goals and objectives consistent with Allsup objectives
    • Measure success against company goals, client performance guarantees, service level agreements and report results internal to Allsup and external to clients
    • Evaluate current processes and encourage all team members to identify areas of opportunity or improvement
    • Responsible for people management which includes staffing, coaching, performance management, development, motivation, and recognition of employees
    • Establish and maintain two-way communications within the department to understand the needs and concerns of employees
    • Develop performance plans and conduct annual performance review as well as monthly one on one discussions
    • Communicate effectively with Sales and Account Management teams in regards to client company performance
    • Ensures all PG/SLA are adhered to and objectives met
    • Communicate directly with Clients in support of Sales and Account Management
    • Foster good communications within the department and work closely with other Allsup managers, supervisors and coordinators

    Qualifications

    Supervised or directly managed teams

    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

    Experience analyzing data and results, making plans based upon results and communicating results and subsequent modifications

    Exceptional oral and written skills

    Contact Center experience preferred
