Under general supervision, administer and maintain desktop application platforms and hardware as well as deliver technology support services to users of company-wide computer systems with a focus on outstanding customer service.
Responsible for recognizing, researching, isolating, and resolving requests effectively and efficiently. The individual will be required to work with other lead personnel, internal and external, in the coordination, upgrading, and maintenance of the server infrastructure. Responsible for drafting, updating, and revising Key Processes and in relation to documentation standardization.
Perform administrative tasks on all company computing devices to include, but not limited to:
Must have a minimum of two (2) to four (4) years of technical experience in applying the knowledge/skill requirements listed below in a similar systems environment; Associates Degree preferred in Computer Science and/or Information Systems. Technical knowledge in the following areas is required:
Secure build or imaging of computing devices utilizing third party imaging software and system preparation tool (sysprep.exe), virtualization, TCP/IP, and antivirus/malware prevention/removal solutions. Working knowledge in analyzing and troubleshooting is preferred, and should include the following:
