The Bilingual Claims Specialist I position is responsible for educating Spanish speaking Social Security Disability beneficiaries, regarding the Social Security Ticket to Work Program. The position involves developing a beneficiary’s Individual Work Plan (IWP) and provides continuing support to ticket holders, ensuring job placement success. The position receives incoming calls and conducts outgoing calls to address questions, monitor condition and complete various forms as needed.
Bachelor's degree preferred or associate's degree with 6 months customer service and/or appropriate Allsup experience. Ability to communicate fluently in English and Spanish. Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
